Selective Data Management

You can request removal of specific data types without deleting your entire account. This allows you to maintain your account while removing certain information you no longer want stored.

How to Request Selective Data Removal:

  1. Send an email to support@chaossudoku.com
  2. Include "Data Management Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your in-game username or player ID
  4. Specify which data types you want removed (refer to the categories above)
  5. Confirm that you want to keep your account active
  6. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email

What Remains After Selective Removal:

  • Your account login credentials and basic profile
  • Core app functionality and settings
  • Current game progress (unless specifically requested for removal)
  • Achievement unlocks (unless specifically requested for removal)
  • Data not specified in your removal request

Complete Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Chaos Sudoku account and associated data, please follow the steps below. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@chaossudoku.com
  2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your in-game username or player ID if available
  4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data
  5. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email

What Gets Deleted:

  • Your player profile and username
  • Game progress and statistics
  • Achievement records
  • Leaderboard entries
  • In-app purchase history (where legally permitted)
  • All personal data associated with your account

Data Retention:

  • Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 2 years for product improvement purposes
  • Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law for accounting and tax purposes
  • Support communication records may be retained for up to 3 years
  • All retained data will be fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to you

Before requesting complete account deletion, you may want to consider:

  • Simply uninstalling the app (your account will remain inactive)
